My work moves between various disciplines: music, yoga, sound healing, esoteric studies and the craft of mala making. It is my strong belief that these practices share a single goal: continiously gaining deeper inside into how sound, breath, symbol, and stillness shape the human experience. In the pursuit of these insights I draw from traditions across Europe and Asia, grounded in many years of formal training and ongoing practice.
My background as a musician and researcher of ethnomusicology centers on the musical traditions of Eastern Europe, Turkey, and India. I'm also a certified music therapist with additional training in phonophoresis.
I completed several yoga teacher training programs: in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga in India, and in Yin Yoga and Nada Yoga in Europe.
As a longtime researcher of esoteric and occult traditions - Western and Eastern alike - I focus on tantric meditation techniques and on reading the Renaissance Sola Busca tarot inspired by neoplatonic thought.
