Phonophoresis
Phonophoresis uses calibrated tuning forks placed directly on or near the body to introduce sound vibration into the tissue. Rooted in principles of vibrational resonance, individual sessions offers a focused, hands-on complement to other bodywork and relaxation practices, working with sound at a physical level rather than through listening alone.
Each session is tailored to you: specific tuning forks and placements are chosen based on where you're holding tension, what you're seeking from the session, and how your body responds in the moment. Many people experience the session as deeply relaxing, grounding, and quieting and as a chance to shift out of a busy or overstimulated state and into a slower, more embodied one.
What to Expect
Sessions take place in a quiet, private setting. You remain fully clothed throughout. Tuning forks are applied to specific points on or near the body, with attention to your comfort at every step. Sessions typically run 45-60 minutes and are suited to anyone curious about vibrational and sound-based practices, regardless of prior experience.
